This Privacy Policy explains how 10-Prompt AI Visibility handles information submitted by customers and prospects for the monthly AI visibility audit service.

We collect only the information needed to sell and deliver the service, including:

- Audit intake details such as website URL, category, target buyer, competitors, and business context.
- Payment status, subscription status, and checkout metadata from Creem.
- Email messages, support requests, and delivery communications.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Creem. We do not receive or store full card numbers, card security codes, or bank account credentials. Creem may provide payment, subscription, receipt, and customer metadata needed to confirm service access and handle support.
How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Create and deliver the monthly 10-prompt visibility audit.
- Contact customers about intake details, delivery, billing, refunds, or cancellation.
- Improve the audit workflow, sample reports, and support process.
- Protect against abuse, fraud, and unauthorized use of the service.
Sharing
We do not sell customer information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the business, including payment processing, email, hosting, analytics, and security tools, or when required by law.
Customer reports
Audit reports are private by default. We will not publish a customer report, brand name, website, or audit excerpts as a public case study unless the customer gives explicit permission.
Retention and deletion
We retain customer records while the subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for delivery, accounting, dispute, and compliance needs. To request deletion or correction of your information, contact support.
